It's algorithmic, and mostly out of your control.
It's another feature for established sites with trust.

There is no 'Trick'?
I found an article one day talking about it. But never gave the solution to it. I guess they where just trying to sell another rip off program that hurts more then helps with the SEO

See its like if your site top the google for certain keywords for some time then google would automatically reward you with these sitelinks of some prominent pages. Its solely google's criteria ....one can't tamper or buy it.
