Hi folks,
We're putting our credit card comparison and resource site up for sale. You can see the live site at http://www.think-creditcards.com.
Here are all the details you might like to know. If there's anything else, let me know and i'll get back to you..
* The site is fairly new, only 6-7 months old.
* It has around 55-60 content pages (all totally unique)
* Virtually all pages are indexed by google, live, yahoo
* The homepage is indexed by Ask too.
* The index page has a PR of 3 (several other pages rank between 1-3 also)
* The site was built using SBI.
* Traffic has been growing hugely every month, but is still pretty low due to age:

Currently I use google adsense, a credit card affiliate program and a credit report affiliate program for monetization.
I set up adsense 2 months ago and google pays on average just over $1 per click (i can send you a screenshot if you like) with some pages having 12-14% CTR. The site has earned $148 in 2 months adsense.
The creditcard affiliate program has also been running for 2 months and has paid out $90. ($45 per approved application)
The credit report affiliate pays out at $21 per free trial sign up, and has earned me $84 in the last 30 days.
There are no running costs for the site. There is a full (exclusive) 'identity theft e-course' package which is 16 lessons long and comes with the site. The new owner will have all rights to this unique course material.
If you're interested please let me know your offers and I'll get back to you.
Regards
Gary
