Help! I have been asked to make about 4 minor modifications to an existing php / mySQL database that was developed by a temp employee before he left but I am lost! I have read thtough parts of [link] but I know I am missing something. Is there any easy way to open / view an existing database, make some minor changes like setting an auto increment field and apply them to the existing php site that end users access? I installed mySQL 4.0 but I am not convinced it's configured properly!

Do you have accesss to phpMySQL or some other similar online management tool ? If so, you use that to pretty easily manipulate your structures.

I have tried to download several differnt tools from the internet but have been unsure what I need or how to use them properly. Could you suggest a place to get the proper tools like phpMySQL?
