It all depends on what interface you use to control your server. If you use a control Panel like cPanelX, head for the 'Mail Manager Main Menu' section and then click on Autoresponders - > Autoresponder E-Mail and then enter your preference.

Most of the control panels will let you access the Autoresponder menu options through the Mail section.
