If one of my sites get banned from google is there a danger for the entire AdSense account (all the other sites that serve Adsence ads)?

It's quite possible. The same person who reviews such things most likely has access to both areas since it's all at the same company.
I personally like to stay far away from anything that will get any of my sites or my clients' sites banned.

Google's terms of service for AdSense are pretty detailed. If you think you might be in any danger of being terminated, you may want to address that by making changes or removing the AdSense code from that particular URL. It's probably not worth the risk to leave it there, as Google does monitor this sort of thing, and does perform periodic checks.
Another thing to think about here is how the AdSense technology works. It "detects" what the topic of your page is by spidering/indexing/matching ads -- it wouldn't be that hard to adapt that technology to flag a site that might possibly be violating the TOS so that the site can be checked over manually.
Better to be safe than sorry, as bhartzer says.
