    As far as I know, they will normally contact you directly. You don't need to do anything except get at least 1 million impressions per month in the current Adsense program.

    I know one net friend who invite to AdSense Premium. But he is suspended by Google after one month

    I contacted them as I am over 1M per month - they told me I needed 5M.
