I need help with color themes. Does anyone know where there is a tutorial for Adobe Photoshop on using & choosing color themes.

Sorry it's not a direct answer to your question - but I find this tool unbeatable. Just choose a base colour you like and it gives you a pallette to chose secondary and highlight colours. Click Here

I do still want to learn more about color themes though, if anyone knows of any online info...

I don't have a resource for themes, but here's a page that talks about the color wheel and which colors are complementary, harmonious, contrasting, etc.

I would search for "color wheel instructions" and see if there's any info about WHY colors work together the way they do. It's a complete art form in itself...

I checked out that site WinningWays (thanx), lately I have been intrigued by color combinations since I started designing my new site. Most of my other sites I could not have fun like this one. Check it out if you got a minute a tell me what you think, I incorporated about six different color themes, one for each section.

This is very helpful, there is an online version here: Colorschemer

I downloaded the trial and it's very cool - it outputs a little website for you too so you can see your colour choices as they would look!

What a cutie little program - recommended!
