Hi i wanted to know if the templates that are offered in here are free, i know there are those terms and condition but i was thinking if its allowed to study n look through and pick ideas from a free template and make my own by simply editing and combining different templates to make one super template? ofcourse with some heavy huge major changes?

and one more thing once i hav made major changes i dont link bak to u rite? coz mostly its my work plus the theme would b differetn from the look...it will b like simply no one can tell if it was a template coz it will b wokred on it alot jim wanted to know once i have made my template from bits and pieces do i link bak to u or? so that super template i become the onwer the designer rite?

You do not need to link to anyone. The only thing you cannot do with the templates is resell them.

hey jim how come i cant resell them i mean once i make a template though its not similar to any from in here and i make some major updates yet i cant sell it hwo come? coz its like the design n everything will under go major changes ..how abt then can i sell them?

Please don't take offense, but it is difficult to read your spelling. A bit more effort would be appreciated and make it easier for my old eyes to understand what you are saying.
If they are unrecognizable as one of our templates then they cease to be our templates and become your own. At that point I have no concern with what you do with them. You just cannot take our templates and sell/resell them as your own or make any monetary profit off them.
