Hi!
I'm a professional photographer. One of the things people building websites need is graphical content. Not everybody is an artist, and a picture can go a long way towards make a site look good.
My problem is, I can photograph whatever I need, and am an old coder as well. But I am trying to understand some general things about Creating Flash sites.
I want to create some really good, full flash sites. But sometimes, in Flash MX 2004, things don't work as expected. I know I'm saying this in a jumbled fashion, but I just discovered this site and my mind is flooded with ideas and I don't know where to begin.
I think my first question is this-- Can I have several different interactive flash elements within a regular HTML page (such as 5 different flash buttons, or a movie element and then 2 other elements like buttons), and if I create a button in flash, how do I make it take me to a non flash page within the site? How does a non-flash page in a site, jump into the middle of a flash page? Or can it?
I hope that made sense. If anyone can help me, or better yet, let me have sourcecode for a really awesome full flash site they've developed, I would be more than happy to pretty much trade up to 50 images (3,000+ x 2,000+ pixels) of whatever that person needs for their endeavors. If you aren't atleast 21, please don't ask for adult images.
It's gotta be a really good example, and the ability to talk to you about it so I understand/learn how you did some things. I understand your efforts take time and energy, so do mine. I won't distribute your sourcecode. I just need a good teaching aid.
Thanks
