I've heard a lot of talk about how important it is to have inbound links. If I'm new to the world of web sites and only have one, how do I get inbound links. Are there any pages with good examples of inbound links?

Thanks!

Inbound links are link on other sites to your site.

example:
somewhere on amazon.com has a link to your site.
somewhere on MSN.com has a link to your site.
somewhere on IBM.com has a link to your site.

You will have to contact other site to exchange a link with your. You can start with a site that you know.

Especialy DMOZ is very important.
My Q: And links within the same site:
whith a menu on every page a want to get a good inbound link theme with the keywordrich links to every
page:

page keyword 1 >>with menu to page keyword 2 and page keyword 3

page keyword 2>>with menu to page keyword 1 and page keyword 3

page keyword 3>>with menu to page keyword 2 and page keyword 1
So page keyword 1 gets 2 inbound links with keyword 1 etc. Will this increase pagerank or themerank for keyword1?
