hello my site has got PR4 for the home page and the other pages have PR3 and less , can any body help in internal linking so that all the pages will get the same PR

Don't know why you want to do that. But, you could get closer to equalizing by linking all 43 of your pages together via a footer at the bottom of each page. Possibly one of you concerns is getting all your internal pages to reflect in your backlinks. That can be accomplished by getting more links to you home page. When the HP gets to PR5, your internal pages should appear in your backlinks.
