I today when looking for my most important keyword was stunned to see our page gone from the listing. We had been # 2 for years.
Still # 2 and 3 under 2 word phrases
Is Google cleaning up again. Our competition is back in ,yet main page is gone after hanging tough thru Florida update .
Still 3rd under Croscill bedding search , yet gone from Croscill search???????
What is happening? Thanks all.

I noticed that the text that Google is showing in the searches for this page is different that before.
Google used to show the first part of text and NOW they are showing the linking text.
Could they be missing the text that was originally being picked up ??
We are still strong in 2 word terms just lost the main phrase.
We show up 8 with our home page. That page is way less relevant than the catagory page yet not so optimized.
Anyway i am in a panic because that spot was big for us. Our business has grown due to it.
