Doing some research for a client website over the weekend I found a top ranked site that had all of their keywods both completley in lower case and then again in upper case.
I am not aware that Google or for that matter any of the engines are case sensitive. Am I uninformed on this matter?
Thanks!

Nope ... you are informed. With google (and all major search engines) keywords are not case senSitive.

The meta keywords is ignored by many search engines.
Make sure you work on the <title>, meta description, and the on-page content (including headings, and alt attributes on link images).
