I see back links to both when I look around in link:url.

Do I need to list separately? Should I?

Google's directory is a copy of the ODP. Submit to the ODP and get in and you'll be in the Google directory (and a lot of others, too).

Google uses a copy of the ODP data, which they get from the files at http://rdf.dmoz.org/rdf/ publicly available, and their copy is usually several months (or more) older than that seen live at the dmoz.org directory site.
