I see some changes in the serps, but don’t see a thread of a new update. Are you seeing these changes?
My established sites are doing ok, up for some words down for others. My new sites are nowhere to be seen, good PR's, good content, but nowhere.
What have you guys seen any changes?

I've seen changes all week, including today, but it's hard for me tell if it's rolling updates or not.

I'm seeing changes too. My new site has shown some improvement, hopefully it won't take another three months to get where it seems it should be. It went from 100 to 1 for the company name, a couple top 10's for related phrases on the home page and from 1000+ to the 50's for many phrases on supporting pages, others still way out of sight.

One of my sites - my main most established site occasionally shows a PR0. Thats with the white bar, not grey bar??? Is that Google going nuts or could i be in trouble?

It is about time...I am seeing something pretty interesting.
I had a site that didn't break the top 500, for some really uncompetitive terms....it was killing me. Then I finally got some top 30-50 ranks. The site was always in Google, all of the pages were indexed, but they were not ranking. I didn't make any changes then suddenly now I am top 50 for my terms.
The weird part is that this is only the case for my homepage...it seems maybe for this particular site something was keeping me from ranking at all. Now with this update the homepage is being allowed to rank well, now I guess I have to wait to see about the rest of the pages I've optimized for this site.

Over night the terms that were "out of sight" have all moved to the top 100, and a few tems on supporting pages have moved to the top twenty. As I'd said it's been three months on this new site with no SERP's. Is this confimation of something akin to the "sandbox effect" or is it an algo change?
Anyone got sites up less than a couple months old seeing results?

Is the Alexas ranking related to the google ranking since they are associated with each other? I'd think that both rankings are important. Does that affect some of these changes?

putontop_com; My opininion has been that alexa's a waste of time. Don't they just register visiotors that have installed the Alexa toolbar?

Google's positioning of my keyphrases are on a continuous change and day after day update. They change each day. Even new websites get picked up in a few days.
What its more difficult is to get the links and PR updated.
In my case, I haven't seen any PR of LP change in months (Google), while observing lot of changes on other SE for link popularity.
When you refer to Google Update, do you mean LP and PR update?

I'm seeing continuous out ranking from sites with low pr, beating out many sites, mine included.
