I have a ranking on google UK where I am 7th out of 130,000 on the all the web section, but if I change to 'pages from the UK only' which obviously there are less are then I dont rank in the top 100. Any ideas why this could be? I have quite a few other pages where my rank is higher as expected on UK the all

Maybe your site is not hosted on a UK server.

If it's important to you switch hosts.

yes it is hosted in the UK, I just presumed the UK pages listing would have been sorted the same as all pages just excluding the non-uk stuff. 75% of the time I aim higher in the UK only but just wondered what the reason was for being lower or even nowhere in the UK pages only on some pages?
