I thought google key word analyzer is for their adwords. Do they really help with SEO? How do I decipher the results?

its good to see from it hat people search for its not to specific like it doesn't tell you the number of searches done for each search term but it give you a green bar of between low/medium/high that can give you an idea of how popular that search term is

its good and if you can't trust on it go for overture, you will get good keywords from all search engines yahoo, msn , google.
