Hi Friends,
I have been working on a new site for the past few months. The site started to do well on Google and I have been acquiring regional links in good directories too including Yahoo regional and business.com. So far I think I submitted to about 10 - 25 directories with links to the site.
I was able to get in the top 15 for some good key words.
My goal is be prominent on regional google only. The domain name is ending with .ca.
Suddenly since yesterday my site is no where to be found in the top 50 for 3 or 4 most competitive key words. The site is not banned at all. I still see the results in top 10 on other keyword combos but the ones I need is too far now. What could be the possible reason ? Also I was using the ad words which I stopped now as my focus is on organic results. Could that be the reason in any way ?

Hi Frank - You have asked questions before about this or a different web site and I asked you to put your site in your profile to which you said something like "yeah right".
We can GUESS about a lot but we can't KNOW with out seeing the site.

wow frank you actually paid for the business and yahoo directories? and your site seems fine except you need more relevant links and also i would move up my main keywords in the beginning of the title and meta descriptions.

I agree - your site looks pretty good.
I also agree with what animated said. I would also change around your h1 & h2 on your main index page.
Could you write or add some articles about this specific subject to add more content? I am just thinking out loud here sorting through ideas that may help.
When I add the word Canada to my search of Dental Implants your site shows on the second page of google.ca
Maybe go look at your competitors and see what they are or are not doing different from you - you may get a few ideas from that.
PS: your site was cached on November 30th - today

Thanks guys! It was acutally in the top 5 on Dental Implants Canada. Now for the key words Dental implants and dentures, it was in the top 15. Suddenly, I am not not there. What could have gone wrong ?!?!? Also for the H tags, what do you suggest when you say change around ? You mean swap them ?

when I typed in dental implants and dentures I see your site in the second one down first page. [link]
when I type in dental implants dentures - your site is first page #1. [link]
when I type in dental implants and dentures canada your #3 first page - [link]
when I go dentures in Canada your #10 first page - http://www.google.ca/search?hl=en&q=dentures+in+Canada&btnG=Search&meta=cr%3DcountryCA
what am I missing lol

PERMANENT TEETH-IN-A-DAY
That is where I would put my first set of h1 & h2 tags. Yours are much futher down.

1) dental implants - 14
2) dentures - 15
3) dental implants - 6
Now all these are gone! see what I mean.. ?

Yes Beth, using your keywords give me the same results on my side too. I am using google.ca .
Also, the keyword I listed above were getting me in the top 15 and then suddenly gone..?!?!?
That is the mystery to me.... but I am doing the same on other key word combos like Beth gave. How come only 3 or 4 different keywords get effected ? Did I trip any filter by mistake ?
