Hi all,
I don't know this is the correct place to post this thread. If wrong, sorry. Actually, we have changed our site's URL. Our previous site is 1 year 11 months old. And we have registered a new URL for my site this month. So, this site might be getting affected by the sand box, aging delay and all. I will redirect my old domain into my new domain. My doubt is, if I redirect my old site into new site, will my new site URL get my old site's URL age. ie, my new site URL age is considered as 1 year and 11 months? Any other things will be happening if I do redirection?

umap - welcome to the forums.
First, get the 301 redirects in place from the old pages to the new pages pronto - you want to share any "love" the old pages built with the new ones.
Since, however, this is a new domain, it is what it is - new. You won't be able to share the "age" of the old site, but setting up the 301 redirects and letting the engines know you've officially moved will help a lot for the new site.
This assumes we're saying the same thing here, too:
You're saying a new domain - do you mean this, or do you mean you've re-written URLs?

If you are so concerned about retaining the 'age' it would be better to redirect the new domain to the old site.
