My website ABC.com is an affiliate of XYZ.com so i have to map the domains as when the user leaves my website
and goes to XYZ.com website to book a hotel or buy a product he should not notice the change in url.
The subdomain SUB-DOMAIN.ABC.com is to be parked to XYZ.com so the user feels he is still on the same website.
Can anyone please help me find out on how do we park a sub-domain to another domain using a Control Panel(CPanel)
Please help, i am stuck-up and its very urgent.

If you serve the same content at two URLs you will get hit badly. Google does not like seeing "duplicate content".
You need a 301 redirect to fix this. You can promote both URLs in adverts both offline and online, and in links, but only one URL can appear in the search results.

Well my basic concern is just to hide the url i mean
not to show a potential customer that he is going to the parent affiliate website from my website.
so when he is on the parent affiliaate website the url will shows as
www1.mywebsite.com
so he has that sense of security that he is not the same very website till the end.
Google problem is fine, i agree with you but at this moment i am not considering that as of now.
Can you please guide with the process of sub-domain parking
Thanks

Use frames to hide the URL.

I was thinking of doing the same but the guy with whom i am working with is very keen on having a solution as i mentioned.
He wants to resolve the problem by parking the sub-domain to the other website and i can't overwrite him.
I have seen many webmaster doing so, as thats more professional.
Does any one knows how do to park a sub-domain to another domain.

You need to create subdomain from your hosting/domain control panel. There will be an option to set your subdomain to another domain.

I don't think I understand your question the right way.
>>Can anyone please help me find out on how do we park a sub-domain to another domain using a Control Panel(CPanel)
If you think you own both the domains or control both the domains, then click on 'Parked domains' from your Cpanel's index page.
It will show you something like this:
Parked Domain Maintenance
Domain pointers allow you to "point" or "park" additional domain names to your existing hosting account. This will allow users to also reach your website when entering the "parked" or "pointed" domain into their browsers.
You can add another domain here. But make sure you set the DNS of the domain to resolve correctly for this exercise to work.
This is what the Cpanel will say about this:
Domains must be registered with a valid registrar before they can be parked. In addition, they will not be functional unless they are configured to point to our DNS servers.

Thanks for your feedback Prowler, but what i want to do is this :
- Park my sub-domain to the another website/domain, so i can also refer that another website with my sub-domain name.
- While linked "<a href>" from my pages using the sub-domain name should displays that another website but the url should not change it should be the same of my (sub-domain) url.
Can i post a link or a url of a website doing it, so i can make you understand better
(Is that allowed here) OR do i PM you the url if you guys are ok with that.(as i am running out of time, please help)

Let's see the example. It is ok here as long as you show the link as an example and the effort is not aimed at self promotion.

Ok guys here's the link.
Website : [www.hotels1.com]
Sub-Domain : [Parked sub-domain "www1.hotels1.com"'(s) url]
This links is been mapped/parked to travel.ian.com which is a parent affiliate site from Travelnow.com.
Please try (ping www1.hotels1.com) and the picture goes crystal clear.
