Are you ready?
OK..
Sit in an upright position with your feet firmly on the floor..
Next - raise your right foot in the air in front of you and beginning to draw circles in the air in a clockwise direction.
Feel good?, getting some blood flowing? Ok, continue that action without stopping.
Now, raise your right arm and draw a number 6 in the air.
You exercise of the day is to do that without changing the flow of your leg movement.
What will the next exercise challenge bring? .. anyone?...

Dang excell, exercise is one thing. You're asking for eye, hand, leg muscle coordination too. That's a bit hard to do.

Ok, how about a walk? Everyone, get off your chair, go outside, and walk around the building 3 times. Even those of us who work at home can do that one (fences permitting, of course...).

Here is one I think we can all do.
Hold your arm so that your hand points upward. elbows may rest on the arm of your chair if you wish, elbows bent. hands in closed position except for your index finger which should point toward the ceiling, The sky if you have no ceiling.
Ready?
1) close your index finger to make a full fist. (Loosly)
2) Point index finger straight out (horizontally) Keep those arms pointing upward.
3) Return to closed position
4) point index finger toward the ceiling
Repeat
1,2,3,4 1,2,3,4 1,2,3,4 1,2,3,4 1,2,3,4,
Do this for 5 minutes a day and you should be ready to click that mouse like never before.

Here is my favorite...
1) Stand up
2) walk to fridge
3) remove snack or soda
4) walk back to desk
5) consume snack or soda
6) repeat.

ROTFL I guess if that's the finger that needs the exercise... Try to avoid driving while performing that particular exercise so that you don't unintentionally cause road rage.

Try doing the finger exercise, driving and talking on the cell phone and using your knee to steer the car cause your hands are tied up doing other things :D.

I can't walk around my house...it's attached to the house next door. (Duplex).
Plus we both have fences...
I can walk the downstairs and then down to the basement and back though? Or I could walk down to the river and back like I did yesterday... (2.5 miles round trip.)
Or...I could try my new balancing trick..
Take a yoga ball...kinda like the ones Google sells ...and see how long you can sit on top of it Indian style without falling and killing yourself. I made it 8 full minutes a couple of weeks ago...

seriously, that thing is fun. Who would have thought a yoga ball could be so entertaining. I've flown across that room on that thing several times.
If they'd just put one of those handles on it so that I could hold on and bounce around, well I'd be having some real fun.
