    This is not a programming question. It really deals with the Control Panel. I cannot find something that I am supposed to find there.

    I am using Microsoft's Visual Web Developer 2005 to make ASP.NET programs.

    I am now able to write and build code. And the code works. The webpages
    are pretty much as they should appear.

    The only problem I have now is during the debug process.

    When I try to debug I get this error:

    It says to go the the Control Panel and (I assume) go to "Programs".
    But I do not see where this "Programs" Icon is.

    It's "Add or Remove Programs" icon.
