I have a couple of questions about the current relationship between MSN and Yahoo in terms of serving search results:

    1. Is there still an ongoing relationship bewtween MSN and Yahoo? Does MSN still draw their results from Yahoo?

    2. Is it possible to submit directly to MSN now?

    3. We have a judgement against our URL in Yahoo and are being exluded from their search results. We DO show up on MSN, but we are way in the listings (#400) for our main two word keyword. We rank #2 in Google for this same keyword. My question is, does having a judgement against your URL in Yahoo hurt your ranking on MSN?

    Many thanks for any feedback,

    HP

No, MSN now has its own set of search results.

No, you cannot submit to MSN. Even if you could, I would advise against submitting your site to any search engine. It's preferred that you get links to your site and allow the search engines to find your site.

If a site is banned in Yahoo! then it shouldn't have any direct effect on your chances of being included in another search engine. Although, keep in mind that most offenses (stuff that will get your site banned) are considered to be offenses at all the search engines, it's just whether or not each search engine has picked up the offense yet.
