Also there is another one called http://www.Adblock.org They have lots of good info on the site and here is more info on this issues from the folks at Revenews.

Those are good solutions as long as JavaScript is not disabled. Fortunately the majority don't block javascript.

I was just interviewed for a story about Norton blocking affiliate links for "Small Business Computing" Magazine. Hopefully they will print what I wrote and it will help to make a difference.

I am SOOOOOO sorry. I lost track of this thread and never came back to post the article which did get published in December. Here it is and it's also listed on the "Norton Blocks Affiliate Links and Webmaster Revenue" page on my 5 Star site.
