I think Dogpile does this for ABCnews.com (http://www.infospace.com/info.abcnws/tbar) and I thjink Yahoo does it for scion (http://www.viewpoint.com/pub/downloads/search_toolbar.html) (Copy Shortcut)

If your tool bar is tightly integrated with your marketing then surely it will give you a better branding. See how google does it! jimworld also has a toolbar ! I used it a lot until I realized that new forums are not showing on it (Copy Shortcut)
