My eyes are bleary from late nights reading marketing ebooks. Many differing approaches and ideas but the one constant that keeps repeating is - 'You must have a newsletter'. Otherwise you're missing sales. Most shoppers need to see your product 6 or 7 times before they will buy.

So I've decided to take the plunge. But in order to get people to sign up I'd like to sweeten the pot, so to speak.

There's a million newsletters out there. Why should anyone choose to subscribe to mine?

Which made me think of the group. Perhaps someone out there has a digital product they would be willing to offer. It would be a way to promote yourself and it would give my shoppers an incentive to sign up. In return I can offer my own digital product (A computerized version of the Better Behavior Wheel.) which you in turn can offer to your shoppers in any way that would benefit you.

My audience consists of parents, so it's very broad. So if you have an item that you think might appeal to parents or women or even kids, please get back to me and let's make a swap.

Julie

I think I'm seeing that I may be better to write something on your own.
Unless you can find a newsletter that you really believe in and can support.

I'm in the same situation. I'd like to use somebody else's newsletter, however, I don't know if it's been seen 10 million times by people and is worn out. Also, I would feel compelled to research all of the information in the third party newsletter to make sure it was accurate.

It's relatively easy to write a newsletter, but difficult to write something that is credible and that will catch on.

How are you making out with your search?
