Hi,
Does anyone know a company that offers AVS for US addresses? Currently we are using one by Protx but it works only for our UK customers.

We use the Advanced AVS that VeriSign provides.

I've used Peachtree Data for many many years and have always enjoyed working with them. They provide NCOA, zip+4 append, presort, etc - all the things required by the USPS for bulk mail.
If you mean for credit card processing:
That's generally bundled with your payment processing, if you can accept US payments you should have US AVS.
A google search provides a listing of companies that offer the service for a variety of needs from credit fraud protection to shipping address verification.

If you're in the US check out the article in my profile...I don't know if they'll let you sign-up if you're in the UK though. It is my card processor, and I use them to verify addresses...

Pretty much all US credit card processing outfits support some sort of AVS.
