Yep, shopping.com is. Others include nextag (tech heavy) and yahoo shopping. froogle is free but don't expect much traffic.

Here is a look at the shopping feeds, the traffic and page depth they generated this month from a $10 million e-commerce retailer(Home Improvement Sector). (P/S is Pages/Sessions or Page Depth)

    # Date Range: 07/01/2005 - 07/27/2005
    ############################################################Feed Clicks Pages Sessions P/S
    shoppingfroogle 4509 11954 3154 3.79
    shoppingnextag 2212 6685 1756 3.81
    shoppingshopping_com 2162 10104 1471 6.87
    shoppingyahoo_shopping 1365 4729 1132 4.18
    shoppingbizrate 1250 6249 1309 4.77
    shoppingbusiness_com 610 1812 390 4.65
    shoppingpricegrabber 221 1529 162 9.44
    shoppingmy_simon 12 121 20 6.05

Can't show you sales figures, but if I were to rank them for sales:
    1. Froogle
    2. Shopping
    3. Nextag

Remeber Froogle listings appear above Google Natural rankings, so saying not to expect traffic from froogle is way off base, not to mention its completely free.

Hasn't always been the case, but is now. As froogle begins to get more exposure/traffic things increase. I've seen improvements over the past few months since that posting.

Froogle and SortPrice are always worth signing up with because they are both free.

We get the most sales from Shopzilla (Bizrate) but they also happen to be the poorest ROI because they are EXPENSIVE (minimum bids too high in many categories - they're essentially Schill bidding in my opinion by raising their minimum bids so high.)
