I am a bit out of touch with Looksmart & Lycos, is it worth getting a site listed there? I know they are not considered big providers of traffic but... every little helps.
If so how? The lycos add URL page doesn't appear to have the facility to do so and I can't seem to find an add URL page for Looksmart at all.

Looksmart and Lycos don't really have a lot of traffic any more; they generally aren't sending a lot of traffic to sites when compared to Google, Yahoo! and MSN.com.

There's really no need to submit your URL to the search engines anymore--they generally will find your site by links from other sites.

When it comes to LookSmart, there's no need to submit unless you're interested in using their PPC program (which I hear is pretty good and sends a lot of good quality traffic).
