Anyone have any advice, guidelines, or good sources that talk about optimizing videos for search engine optimization?

search engine spiders dont index video formats thats why pure flah sites arent really so suited for seo, what you can do is to pay attention to the coding features of the pge such as <title> <meta description> <headings> and good links
