Question: With the new auto bidding process at Overture, why should I use a PPC management tool?

Also, which PPC management tool do you recommend?

There are a number of reasons:

    1) all auto-bidding does is keep you from falling victim to the most obvious forms of PPC budget waste. It does nothing to optimize your keyword portfolio in relation to your particular business goals and constraints. That's the role of PPC management tools.

    2) do you really want your media outlet managing your budget? Would you let your cell phone provider pick your calling plan for you?

    3) Assuming there are additional possibilities for eeking more ROI out of your spend, the time and effort required is greatly reduced by using a PPC management tool.
