I want to know if i buy links from other site and if that site gets banned in search engine, then it will also effect my site ranking, even though i have no reciprocal link for that site ?
If i buy links from many sites then is there any problem ?
Okay if my site is PR4 and I want to increase that to PR6 then, Suggest me to buy links from Site having how much PR, which can help me to move on PR6.
Please Give Suggestion !!!

Your site cannot be penalized by having another site link to you. Just make sure you are not linking back to that site (that's when you can get into trouble). The only way it can effect your ranking is if the site that was linking to you was a high PR and then it got banned, then you lose a site with high PR linking to you.

No problem, just make sure your getting a good deal and you know exactly what your paying for.

It's not just how much PR but it's the number of links of the other pages linking to you. For example: PR5 with only one external link to your site is much better then a PR 7 with 300 external links and one of those 300 links goes to your site. Also the content on that page that is linking to you is important is getting ranked well. Remember that PR is important but there are other factors to get ranked well.
I would say one PR 8 with no more than 15 external link, or 2 PR 7's on separate C-Blocks with no more than 10 to 15 external links, or 5 to 10 PR 6's with no more than 10 to 15 links.

There are many effects of linking, some of those can affect you more than others.
There is no sure fire "formula" to beat the search engines. Anything with a "pattern" is likely to be picked up eventually.

Lets say you are pr0...you buy many pr6, pr7 links. One of them gets banned for selling pr. Your site wont get banned. It will be flagged though. You wanna trade links with [url in profile]?

I better not buy any link's. I have decided to add more information in my site and add more pages to my site will that help me !
