Hi Chinna,
PPC means Pay Per Click... actually when you search for anything in Google you can find some Ads at the top(usually 2) and some ads at the Right hand side(usually 8 - 10) are displayed releavant to the Keyword you are searching for..
here as in the SEO process here also some keywords will be optimized and they will bid some amount to each keyword like $2 or $1.5 ..etc we can bid the amount fromn $0.10 to $100 for each keyword... as our bidding amount increase3s our placing will be increased and along with that we will set some budget for each keyword if the budget reached then oue ad will not be displayed... our budget will be exausted because of the no.of click on our ad.. like this we will bid the amount..
here the bidding amount is called CPC(Cost per Click) .and we wont pay the actual amount we bid. we will pay 1 Cent extra than our next competitor.
Ex: if we bid $10 for the 1st position
our next competitor bid $2.5 for 2nd position then
we will pay $2.56 per each click on our ad..
like this not only Google we can also bid in Yahoo but the diffrence is there is no Maximum limit in Yahoo bidding ...

PPC means Pay Per Click. PPC is used to get instant traffic. When you search for something generally some ads come at top & right side for that appropriate keyword. Those ads are PPC. In PPC, payment is made according to number of times your website is clicked.
