    Hi all,

My company has 2 sites that we promote. They are related (one a commercial site and the other is a news/community site for the product and those with an interest in it), but not dupe.

The main site especially has been steadily losing #1 positions in Google, Yahoo and MSN over the last few months. We have gone from 38 #1 positions on 20/10/06 to 20 #1s this week - a steady drop week on week.

I've been promoting the main site for 3 years and have been beating competitors hands down. The new site (the community one) is gaining positions all the time - it's the established site that is struggling.

    I need help, guys.

If you think you may be able to advise, please post and I'll PM the URLs to you.

    Thanks,

    B.
