    Yahoo's keyword tool was my go to tool when I needed to get actual number of searches for a particular term. Since it is not working anymore I cannot get those numbers for less used keywords. I use seo book keyword tool, but it does not have a very large database of keywords and frequently returns no results. Is there any other FREE tools that show the actual number of searches for a particular keyword that I am missing? Google's tool just doesnt cut it for me.

    the one I use now is http://freekeywords.wordtracker.com/, Google's is good but it's hard to judge how good a search is from a green bar :s

    keyword discovery does not appear to be free.
