Hi
Our site is not doing good in google from last 2 weeks also visits to this site is very low.
Let me tell you back history of this site .....
When client made this site he used domain ABC and start off site optimisation from 2005 - 2007. Also ranking to this site was very good. Later client shift domain ABC to domian XYZ and did ON site optimisation and OFF site optimisation to get ranking for this domain XYZ. Site was on this domain (XYZ) for 5 - 6 months .
Site was getting rankings for both domains. Then we traced out that site ranking for ABC was better than XYZ and we got XYZ shift again to ABC. In march ranking and visits for ABC was very good to the site. But from last two weeks ranking of site is going down and also visits to this site.
Can you please tell what should I do get good ranking again to ABC and what would be exact reason for such bad ranking and visits?
Thanks & Regards,
Vandana

If you start all over every few months, you must expect search engines to do the same.
STOP moving the site - that is ALWAYS bad news.
Choose ONE domain, and use a 301 permanent redirect from the other domain. DO NOT keep content on BOTH domains.
Then let the dust settle for a few weeks, and reassess what you need to do. Meanwhile, keep adding NEW, ORIGINAL and UNIQUE content to the 'new' site.

The reason for the bad ranking is that the new domain is recently registered. The domain is going through the but-obvious sandbox effect. Have patience, work more on the content and keep doing things normally. See that you do not try something unwanted.
Cross your fingers, your rankings should be restored.

You should do 301 redirect its permanent redirect otherwise google consider it is a duplicate site thats why ranking of your site is down.

it seems to me that your both sites may have too many mirror sites,it is better to check both URLs by copyscape. And give 301 redirection immediately. The other issue is you can check your both site page index by using site:www.domain.com and you will see the difference and point out if there is any mix up with this two domain name.

yeknom - ABC and XYZ are examples of what the domains may be, without noting the actual domain. Pretend they are separate websites.
I agree with Quadrille 100%. Why do you keep switching domains? Stick with ONE and work on it, do NOT change it ever again. Definitely 301 one to the other.
