Ok been playing around keywords dynamic titles etc
i know my front page needs some more (tips as well please)
also does any one else have any other ideas on what i can do next to increase my site more.
does google have a section where you can enter a keyword and it tells you how many searchs are done for that item a month?

Hey, you've now started *two* threads with unhelpful titles - about the same site! - that makes it even more difficult fro people to follow the discussion!

you can use the google adwords tool, it wont tell you exactly how many searches but it shows you low/average/high search volumes to give you an idea of how widely that search phrase is used

adwords has now been revamped, and shows search counts.
