Hi- new user to this board, and I could use some help.

I have a website, but this question is related to another website that sells computers and peripherals. I assist the owner of this company in administration, and he's asked me to try and troubleshoot his Yahoo Search Marketing listings.

They have PPC accounts with CNET (very successful), Bizrate (was successful until recently and therefore discontinued), Shopping.com (somewhat successful, but also discontinued) and Froogle, along with Yahoo.

They upload over 22,000 computer and peripheral listings daily. Content is obtained from a 3rd party provider, that supplies 80% of their industry's content for this purpose. Their exact item name and description are identical to others on there, but approximately 30% of their items are simply not listed.

The total # of products is uploaded successfully. When I contacted Yahoo, they pointed out that they do not have any ratings from customers, but there are other merchants on there listed with the same product, the exact same description, and no reviews.

The only thing I notice is that the item CODE is their internal item number-- not a manufacturer's number. However, this is not a problem on any other PPC account they have. I've also noticed others listed use internal SKUs as well. There is another category in the feed with the manufacturer's number, under the category 'manufacturer'.

Any suggestions or help would be appreciated!
