Our site is banned from Yahoo!

I became the SEO guy in this company some months ago, last guy made a little bit of every single thing you are NOT suppose to do.

We found that he spam blogs with comments and links. We found 100s of links if not 1000s.

What should I do? go 1 by 1 deleting?

I am not saying this is the exact reason why we got banned but now yahoo has rejected our manual application 3 times. I guess they want everything to be "perfect" again before accepting us in again.

    What you think about this?

    Thanks.
