I have a website submitted to Yahoo directory, and when you click on the link, it doesnt go my .com, it goes my competitors .com, another URL!

I tried calling Yahoo about this issue, and they started playing Hot Potatoe with me, trying to avoid the issue, and passing me to other irrelevant departments.

    What can I do?

The only real thing you can do is to officially submit a request for a change to a listing. Go to this page here and then click on "Request a Change to
an Existing Listing". Those requests are taken care of fairly quickly.

I tried that, and it didnt work. It gave some weird error.
I tried calling them directly at: (408) 349-3300 and the yahoo agent gave me another number: 1-866-781-9246 which is Yahoo Hosting and Shopping help which is totally useless.
They told me to contact yahoo directly at the 1st number I called. WTF!

They are giving me the run around, which is totally unprofessional as I totally have a legal case here, but I'm trying to resolve this matter without any bad blood. I am running short on patience.

Google corrected the same problem within 2 days, and were professionnal about everything. Thanks Google!

Yahoo totally disapoints me on this matter. As an advertiser that spends over a million dollars with them every year. I feel betrayed and used huh
