When I search my main keyword of rent to own homes, Yahoo shows me:

Using a process called Rent-to-Own to buy your home today. ... Looking For a Rent To Own Home? ... You treat the rent to own home as if it is yours. ...

This description is from 2003....!
When I plug HomeRun Homes into yahoo, I get:

The second one is the real/current correct description.
What is going on ?

could be a directory description they are using for you, there is a meta tag that stops SE's from using a directory description in the SERPs, simply put that in and it should stop that.
